A delicious Cooked Uncooked lunch today – wholemeal bread inspired by Nancy Silverton’s method of bread making, raw cashew cheese rolled in chia seeds, pear chutney (pears from our small orchard of course) and raw fermented tomato and red pepper salsa. All food made in our kitchen, well apart from the organic butter!
