My plan was to publish in January 2017 but the cookbook got put on the back shelf when my father sadly passed away aged 90. As a result I decided to change a few things and dedicate it in his honour especially as he was such a good cook himself. When going through his belongings we discovered a hand written book with lots of recipes dating back to 1966 so this has become part of the cover of the new cookbook.

I changed the title too, its now ‘Cooked Uncooked’ so it reflects the recipes that it contains which is a mix of juices, raw and vegetarian recipes. Watch out for the new food range, Cooked Uncooked, coming out shortly, all hand crafted recipes from the kitchen at Middle Piccadilly . This range compliments the book and includes some of the recipes. The book is available now in my store and the food range will be available to buy shortly.
